How to make MajicJack work on a wireless network.
Regular wireless is called 802.11g or "G" wireless.
The new wireless is 802.11n or "N" wireless.
MagicJack needs 80Kbs or 80 Kilo Bits Per second.
G wireless is 54 Kbs
N wireless is 540 Kbs.
Plenty for Magicjack.
If you want wireless and MagicJack to work well you need N wireless.
A N wireless router would be about $200 and a receiver for your laptop
would be about $80.
So a N wireless system for your laptop would be about $280. This is as of 4/27/2008.
